ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Admission into any of the five diploma courses will be made strictly according to merits drawn on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying examination(s) as mentioned against the courses and counseling procedure held in the institute on declared dates.

• Reservation in Admission:

Scheduled caste: 15%, physically handicapped: 1%, Scheduled Tribe: 7.5% Other Backward Classes: 27%, Economically weaker sections (EWS): 10%

1. Candidates who have passed examinations other than those mentioned above should submit equivalent certificate from a recognized board/university
2. Incomplete applications will not be considered, candidates as such are advised to ensure that their applications are complete in all respects.
3. All supporting documents which are self-attested need to be attached.

1. HOW TO APPLY

“Application forms for admission” duly filled in all respects should reach the office of the institute in the prescribed form by the specific date as notified in the advertisement. Each application should be accompanied by self attested copies of the following:

1. a) Pass Certificate of 12th Class in which Date of Birth is mentioned
2. b) A certificate of good health (the form of certificate is attached at the end of this book) from a qualified doctor (Original).
3. c) Certificate in support of belonging to scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, OBC and EWS (wherever applicable).
4. d) Pass Certificate of qualifying exam
5. e) Mark sheet of qualifying examination.
6. f) Two copies of passport size photographs

NOTE: (i) Incomplete application forms will be rejected.

(ii) Application received after due date will not be accepted.
